Every project follows the same four phases. The first week is free, you leave with a written brief and a fixed quote even if we decide not to work together.
Kickoff call, written brief, technical audit, fixed quote. You leave the week knowing exactly what the project costs and what you get for it. If we decide we are not the right fit, you keep the brief and the audit at no charge.
Shared channel for daily questions, weekly demo of working software, live staging URL from week one, source code on your GitHub from day one. Nothing happens behind a curtain.
User-acceptance testing, deployment, handover documentation in your language, and a 60-minute recorded training session so your team owns the system before we leave.
30 days of bug fixes are included after launch. Optional retainer (4 or 8 hours per month) if you want me on speed dial. Hourly rate for emergencies; you pay only for the time used.
30-minute first call. No pitch deck. We talk about what you're shipping, what's in the way, and whether the four steps above fit. The discovery week starts after the call if we both want to.
